Chris Armstrong FRICS is an experienced Expert Witness and an accredited member of the RICS Expert Witness Accreditation Scheme. He acts, provides reports and gives evidence in Court in compliance with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR35). As an Expert Witness his overriding duty is always to the Court and he will always comply with the RICS Practice Statement and Guidance Notes for Surveyors acting as an Expert Witness.
His experience includes Planning Appeals, Valuation Tribunals, and the Family Court Rules – instructed as a single joint expert.
