A Schedule of Dilapidations is a report undertaken by Landlords of commercial properties where the tenant is reaching the end of their tenancy or has failed to maintain the building satisfactory, or they have altered the property.
The Schedule will list of the breaches of covenant and outline what works are to be done to rectify the breach.
