What makes us different?

About Our Process

Responding to your enquiry and booking promptly

You contact the office and would like a survey.
We talk through the options with you and provide a same day quote.
We also provide the quote in writing together with information on what is included within each survey.

Carry out the survey

We then arrange the inspection and send out our standard terms and conditions for agreement and return.
The survey is carried out.
We turnaround the report within 2-5 days.

Sit with you to discuss the results

Once you have had the chance to read through the survey we can talk through the report to discuss the results.
We can then provide advice on other professionals who can investigate areas further if needed.

Offices and Areas we Cover

Our Head Office is located in St Asaph and headed by Chris where we are able to cover the entire North Wales coast line and the valleys inland.

We have an office on the Wirral, where our Office Manager Karen is based, coordinating all the appointments and ensuring everything is running like clockwork. From here we are able to cover the peninsula and North Cheshire, including the city of Chester.

Our newest addition as of 2023 is an office located in the most northern town in North Shropshire, Whitchurch, which is headed by Melissa covering North Shropshire, Cheshire and Wrexham.
